The European Commission announced the formal adoption today, almost an year later after the submission of the programme text.

The programme adoption comes in time for the opening of the first call for proposals, whose draft documents are already available here. Eligible institutions from Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Albania can also consult the provisional website of the newly adopted programme.
