National Info Day - Greece
To the attention of the potential project partners from Greece!In order to support Greek project applicants, the Greek NCP will organise, in cooperation with the JTS, a National Info Day to provide information on the 2nd Call for Project Proposals of the SEE programme. National Info Day - Republic of Moldova
To the attention of potential project partners from the Republic of Moldova!
Update: the SEE contact point in the Republic of Moldova is organising on 23 November a national info day.
The event will take place in Chisinau, Sala de conferinta a Casei Guvernului (House of Government Conference Hall), Piata Marii Adunari Nationale nr. 1.
National Info day - Italy
To the attention of the potential project partners from Italy!In order to support Italian project applicants, the Italian NCP in cooperation with Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia and Region Abruzzo, the JTS and the Italian Ministry for Economic Development will organize 2 National Info Days to provide information on the forthcoming 2nd Call for Project Proposals of the SEE programme. The events will take place as follows:
- 5 November 2009, Trieste - Starhotels Savoia Excelsior Palace, riva del Mandracchio 4
- 9 November 2009, Pescara - Auditorium De Cecco Piazza Unione, 14

To the attention of the potential project partners from Romania!
In order to support Romanian project applicants, the Romanian NCP in cooperation with the JTS will organize 4 National Info Days to provide information on the 2nd Call for Project Proposals of the SEE programme. The events will take place as follows:

SEE annual conference on transnational cooperation in South East Europe: conclusions and presentations now available!
We would like to thank all participants for their presence and inputs on the occasion of the SEE annual conference, which took place on 14 and 15 October, in Sarajevo. During the two days interesting presentations were delivered, latest developments in territorial cooperation were discussed and new partnerships were built. Equally important, the potential applicants were informed about the main elements of the second call and could interact during the workshops with experts and stakeholders from the areas of intervention which will be open to projects.
We are happy to inform you that the conference presentations and photos are now available for download on the conference website: http://www.seeconference2009.net/. The workshop summaries are now also available on the SEE website.
Training seminars on IMIS and communication issues
A two-days seminar for the Lead Partners of the projects approved within the first call was held in Budapest on 24 and 25 September 2009. The first day was dedicated to a training for the preparation and submission of the Progress Report in the IMIS 2007-2013 Monitoring and Information System of the SEE Programme (SEE Front Office).The second day included a training on communication issues for projects.

How to implement a SEE project? What are the most important issues of managing a project? How can projects formulate and implement a successful communication plan? What are the reporting procedures, the specific elements concerning IPA budgets and payments as well as responsibilities of the projects regarding information and publicity? The one day seminar for the Lead Partners of the projects approved within the SEE programme's first call has provided the participants with answer to these questions.. and more!
